How we write

Editorial policy

How we research, write, review and correct everything we publish about WhatsApp sales, Meta ads and salestrack.

Updated · Reviewed by Harshad KT

What this covers

This policy applies to everything salestrack publishes to help people sell on WhatsApp: the blog, Answers, the help centre, the glossary, template library and our comparisons. We write for business owners and sales teams, in plain language, and we would rather leave a fact out than publish one we cannot check.

salestrack is our own product. We say so wherever we mention it, and we do not use affiliate links or take payment to mention other tools.

Who writes and reviews

Articles are researched and drafted by the salestrack team with the help of AI writing tools. Every piece is then reviewed, edited and approved by a person before it goes live.

Harshad KT · Co-founder, Dentobees
Co-founder of Dentobees. Builds tools and AI agents that make running and marketing a dental clinic easier, including salestrack, the WhatsApp CRM the team first built for its own clinic. Reviews every article, answer and comparison before it is published.

Help guides are written from the product itself: each step and screenshot shows what the app shows today.

How we check facts

  • Primary sources for WhatsApp and Meta. Rules, limits, pricing models and features are checked against Meta’s own documentation, WhatsApp Business pages and Meta’s help centre. Each article lists its sources and the date we checked them.
  • No invented numbers. We do not make up statistics, results, customers or case studies. Examples in articles are illustrative and labelled that way; numbers in screenshots are sample data.
  • No message rates on our pages. Meta changes WhatsApp message prices by country and over time, so we link Meta’s official rate card instead of quoting figures that go out of date.
  • If we cannot verify it, we leave it out.

Claims about salestrack

We describe only features that are live in the product. Anything still being built is marked “Soon”. Plan prices come from our pricing page, and we do not claim certifications, results or customers we cannot show.

Comparisons with other tools

  • Facts about other products come from their own websites, pricing pages and help centres, opened on the date shown on the page, with links to those sources.
  • Each comparison includes a section on where the other tool is strong and when it is the better choice.
  • “Not found” means we could not find something on their public site, not that the product cannot do it.
  • We never guess another company’s prices. If a vendor tells us something is out of date, we check it and update the page.

Keeping content current

WhatsApp and Meta change often. We re-check articles about pricing, limits and policies about every 90 days and whenever Meta announces a change, and we update the “checked” and “updated” dates when we do. Each month we also review Meta’s WhatsApp changelog and policy updates for anything that affects what we have published.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake or something out of date, email harshad@dentobees.com or message us on WhatsApp with the page link. We review every report, fix confirmed errors quickly and update the page date.
